Hotel room was clean and nice. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars on everything. Keep it up Amari JB!!

January 16, 2024 at 8:59 amI was genuinely impressed by this rather unassuming hotel. It was my first time back in JB after almost 20 years, and I was amazed by how much things have changed for the better.
First positive thing I noticed about Amari was that the staff was entirely helpful, friendly and pleasant. Not a single employee made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay there.
Next positive thing was my room. Totally clean and fragrant. Thermostat actually responds unlike some hotels. The toilet layout was well-designed and I truly appreciate the bidet.
Food was all-around good. Not super high class, but a nice level of upscaled local cuisine. The breakfast buffet and lunch services were enjoyable.
Location was also convenient. Near immigration and other notable shopping centres around the area.
As I was there for a corporate event, I was also pleased with the level of service and turnout that the Amari staff expended. Their welcome, catered food and overall service really made me and my agency felt like important guests.
I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to return to this establishment for my next vacation in JB.
