There were definitely a lot of things to communicate and work on before our wedding day and Felicia was a great help with it. She was attentive and knew our needs by asking us. There were also times she needed a reminder to check on things and correct some things but I appreciate moments like this because she was approachable and would act on the changes. I really enjoyed having Felicia as our sales person representing Park Royal Beach Road. She was very clear on what to expect like how we will be able to enjoy the LED screen that is newly renovated. We also get to enjoy perks like free flow wine and beer on our wedding which was a big thing for our relatives and guest.
Irvin from the banquet side was really attentive too. From the moment the taste tested the dishes for our wedding, we knew we wanted to work with him on our special day. Irvin said “yes” to many requests and made sure we felt special. Out of his own accord, he even kept our food from the wedding day in a warmer and brought it up to our hotel room when we were done with everything at 11pm++. He even brought up some drinks which we really appreciated as we wind down with our friends and celebrated. We also had a night stay at the lovely suite provided by the hotel. (I wished I had taken more photos of the ice bucket, wine, food that Irvin and his team brought up but I was too busy living in the moment. My apologies haha)

The hotel is infused with cultural details to reflect the locale and experience which are truly authentic The hotel is equipped with full range of facilities which one is spoiled for choices; laze swim or sun bathe at the swimming pool, workout in the gym, pamper oneself with spa treatments, drinks and meals at the bar and restaurant. Outside and near to the hotel at Kampong Glam, there are many / varied restaurants and shops which one can savor most popular treats and to buy souvenirs respectively.
