April 12, 2024 at 1:06 pmWe had an upgrade to Club Room as it was a birthday booking, and the staff gave us a complimentary cake as well. Service was amazing and very warm through our entire visit, lounge was cozy and well stocked, and building was newly refurbished so room furniture and fittings were new, clean, and comfortable. The hotel had a pretty unique selection of tea, but one gripe was that mugs in the room were stained.
Hotel has easy access to good food nearby including bar bites, Western, Italian, Jamie Oliver’s Kitchen, California Pizza Kitchen, and a 24/7 MacDonald’s & Coffee Bean, and is walking distance to bus and MRT.
Location is at the tail end of the main Orchard Road belt and is close to the Botanic Gardens, so there’s more options for activities.

February 22, 2024 at 1:05 pmGreatly with lots of smile and courtesy from the front office team. Concierge team was very friendly and helpful with the luggage and guiding us on how to go to the rooms. Loved the breakfast options with its tasty and multi cultural options, the outdoor pool is perfect to unwind after a long day especially on a nice weather day. The location is just perfect as it is near Orchard which is full of shopping options and a lot of great food no matter what cuisine you crave for. Looking forward for my next trip to Singapore to enjoy this hotel again, would definitely recommend others to come and experience this great hotel.
