March 25, 2024 at 11:54 amExcellently located on walking distance of main shopping malls in Orchard Road. Hotel and facilities are nice. Staff is excellent and super friendly and helpful. Nothing asked is too much. Our booking contained access to the Club Lounge and we really enjoyed our time there very much. Cocktails snacks are excellent and breakfast is complete. A special remark to Fiona who is doing far more than expected

Plenty of Variety and tasty food. Helena made sure the guests were comfortable during breakfast and provided all guidance. Food at hotel F&B section (at lobby) is delicious. Concierge service gave good guidance for going around in city..
