March 22, 2024 at 8:55 amWas pleasantly surprised that there was available room on Christmas Eve and we could check in immediately at around noon time. They even gave us a cookie at check in!
Helpful ReviewRoom size was decent, with basic amenities in the room. Room was also clean and well maintained. Hotel has swimming pool and gym facilities accessible 24hrs. Also like the fact that carpark was guarded and well lit, feel safe to park the car.
Only downside was that hotel was not located near shopping malls or only few eateries nearby. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful, will definitely consider to stay here in future!

From the friendly and helpful staff at the door who greeted us, Vincent who helped checked us in (and out) and the clean and well-kept interior of the rooms. I have no complaints! It’s a little bit of a walk from City Square Mall but will definitely come here again!

Overall service by the staff is good and as expected of a hotel of this stature. Ordered room service breakfast , portions are huge and worth it for the price you pay, as the taste is also good
